Homework Assignment

Students receive study guides as they prepare for examinations. Please make sure that these guides are kept in their Take Home Folders. We use them in class to complete various activities. Thank you. 

Our next Reading Assessment will be on Friday, February 10, 2012 on the story entitled "Wings." Please review your Study Guide and Notebook.

  There will be a Mathematics Assessment on Wednesday, February 8, 2012. Please review your study guide and  page 48 in your Mathematics Workbook.

 Please complete the Lab Zone Activity on page 187 in the Science Textbook for our next science lab. For your convenience, I shall post that assignment. "Find information about the average high and low temperatures in January and July where you live. We shall compare these temperatures to the temperatures in Seattle and Indianapolis."  I have the temperatures for those two cities. Many thanks for your help.

  Our next Social Studies Assessment will be on Thursday, February 9, 2012. It will be on Chapter 5. Please review pages 31-36 in your Social Studies Workbook.

Our next Spelling Assessment will be on Friday, February 10, 2012. Please study page 61 in the Spelling and Phonics Workbook. On looseleaf tonight, please write words 11-20 on page 61 in your Spelling and Phonics Workbook. Please follow the model paper that you received in class.
